Jail Roster Search
In Minnesota, as in most states, county jails-generally under the supervision of the county sheriff’s office-are used to house inmates who are awaiting trial or who have been sentenced to less than 365 days of incarceration. Those who have been sentenced to one year or more in jail are held in a state facility run by the Department of Corrections.
